2013, sees investment in new technology to be used by the team at Jessup. All site managers are to be issued with smart phones and laptops to ensure they are able to receive all scheme information and communications, this comes swiftly after head office has just updated its own software and servers.
Commenting on this investment Rob Payton, Contracts Manager at Jessup said ‘As a company we embrace new technology and we are making this investment to improve communication between Head office and our sites‘, Rob goes on to say ‘ Staff also have the facility of an all electric Nissan Leaf car and Photovoltaic panels were fitted to our head office roof last year, all to try and reduce our carbon footprint.’
Jessup registers all of its sites with the Considerate Contractors scheme and as such they are assessed by independent assessors. This recent investment in technology will go some way in improving Jessup’s environmental impact.
