Jessup Brothers’ Director Clive Jessup and General Manager Peter Butler cycled 550 miles from Santander in Northern Spain to Valencia on the Spanish east coast.
Clive Jessup commented that ‘completing the epic ride over 7 days included numerous mountain climbs with spectacular views‘, & on their longest day they completed 126 miles including 8,000ft of climbs.
To celebrate the success of the challenge and to coincide with completion of a supported housing scheme for Adullam; a specialist supported Housing Association; Jessup Brothers have donated towards gym equipment for Rowans Court in Small Heath, Birmingham.
The development, with 25 self-supportive apartments for people with health disabilities, includes specialist facilities as well as offices, meeting rooms, and communal facilities.
Steve Woods, Director of Business Development for Addullam said, ‘this is a tremendous gesture from Jessup, our chosen Contractor for the scheme. The money will contribute towards furnishing the gym and will help occupiers who have health issues to improve their health and wellbeing.’
