Scheme for Wrekin Housing Trust

The new development will consist of eight two-bedroom houses and six two-bedroom bungalows, all built to the latest high quality standards. The design for the homes will meet the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standards and local residents’ suggestions have been taken on board and used in the plans. The Trust has also used local knowledge to ensure the properties will suit the housing demand in the area.

The Trust has chosen Jessup to build the new homes for them, having worked with them successfully on previous housing developments.

We continue to source local suppliers and trades to help deliver this much needed accommodation for the benefit of the local community.”
