What is not generally understood by home buyers is that social housing is built to conform to stringent high construction and sustainability standards imposed by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). These standards of design, ecology and sustainability in most cases far exceed the general required standards for building regulations for private housing.

Adding to our wide experience in sustainability and ecological building we have researched architectural design, community developments and cutting edge building technologies both in the UK and Europe.

We now intend to apply this knowledge to the private homebuilding sector.
