We are delighted to be continuing our successful working relationship with South Staffs Housing Association, now part of Central Borders Housing Association. We will be involved with two schemes, one at Cherry Tree Road Rugeley for 12 homes and the other at Cornwall Road Hednesford for 8 homes.

Homes on both these sites will be built to Code 4 for sustainability. Jessup will provide these properties at a competitive best value cost to achieve this standard, based on some overhead sharing with our existing scheme under construction at Couthwaite Way Rugeley.
