Working closely with our architect SP Faizey we are applying our award winning formula for building highly efficient homes, built to the Code for Sustainability level 3 and above to our development of 24 affordable homes at Coulthwaite Way for South Staffordshire Housing Association. Jessup have owned the land for some years and are delighted that it will now be used to provide some much needed affordable housing in Rugeley, particularly with the current financial situation making it difficult for first time buyers to obtain mortgages. The elevated site is ideally located to walk to the centre of Rugeley and access to rail and bus connections.
This development is similar to a successful affordable housing scheme provided by Jessup for the same client at Riverside Court, Cannock. This scheme has been much praised by its occupants, South Staffordshire Housing Association and Regional Authorities who have presented it with prestigious awards.
