This is a canalside regeneration scheme within the town centre of Walsall. The first phase will consist of 193 dwellings including commercial retail and office space. This phase is the East side of the development nearest the New Art Gallery.
Demolition has already been completed, and in keeping with our policy of conforming with environmental and sustainability issues we have reclaimed all of the demolition material as crushed hardcore to utilise in the construction phase on site. |
