This scheme comprises of the construction of a further 10 houses and 2 bungalows for Waterloo Housing Association. Jessup have previously completed 36 properties on this very popular scheme, not far from the centre of Coleshill.

The site falls within an area of significant archaeological interest. Based on previous experience of this site, we are again engaging the services of Warwick University’s Archaeology Department to make sure that all the archaeology on the site is fully explored before we start construction works. 

Archaeological exploration of the ground by the University Team prior to construction of the first phase, unearthed some very interesting Roman artefacts.

We have now completed this site 6 weeks ahead of programme.
