This scheme of 6 houses 10 flats and 6 learning difficulty dwellings (22 in total) is a perfect example of Jessup’s collaborative working approach with its client, Bromford Housing. Again as a framework contractor Jessup worked with Bromford and the local community to ensure a much needed facility within the local community of Heathtown was provided. The site was formerly a failed care-home that had been heavily vandalised and occupied by itinerants.

The learning difficulty dwellings provide a much needed facility for residents to live within the local community with the technical support of a fully integrated warden call backed by Bromford’s supported housing team. The scheme was completed mid January 08.
