Jessup agreed to buy this brownfield site from Sandwell Council and to develop it in collaboration with Bromford Housing. Jessup will design and build 38 much -needed family homes in an area with a defined shortage of suitable family dwellings.

Jessup will develop this undulating site, which requires an imaginative architectural design solution and considerable regrading and levelling to be able to meet its maximum development potential.
