We have got 2010 off to a flying start with a National Housing development Award for Excellence, from the LABC New Homes Warranty 2009. Jessup were judged Best in Category in the Social Housing sector for our development at Cornwall Road, Hednesford. Staffordshire.

The award judges take into account customer service, design and build quality, and successful solutions to environmental issues.

Built to Code Level 4 in the Codes for Sustainable Homes this development was completed for the South Staffs Housing Association and handed over 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
