At Jessup we have a continuous training policy to enhance the knowledge and skills of all Jessup personnel.

We also provide realistic opportunities for people to enter the various sectors of the building trade, through involvement such as apprenticeships both on site and within our supply chain. Our long-standing and trusted relationship with our suppliers and contractors brings stability to our training culture with collaboration at all levels.

Our own staff training is driven by the need to conform to the ever-increasing standards of the HCA and the Codes for Sustainable Homes. Our staff has risen to the challenge and it is a credit to their skills and expertise that we are currently achieving Code Level 4 on our developments at realistic value.
