Business Park Development at Girton Road Cannock

Jessup commenced this development on regenerated land in 2004.
The development is located opposite Cannock Train Station and close to the town centre. The site was formally in the ownership of British Gas and needed extensive demolition and ground remediation work before building could commence.
The Local Authority favoured a mixed-use development for the site. Jessup conformed to this policy by building 36 houses for Bromford Housing Group and completed a business park on the site before commencing the final phase of 29 contemporary apartments.
The Business Park comprised some 13000 sq ft of high quality self-contained office space, allowing companies the individuality of their own front door.
