Jessup specialises in creating community-based developments in the Midlands region. Since 1988 we have gained wide experience of the specific regeneration requirements of the area.

Our long-term strategy is to work with local authorities, affordable housing providers and the HCA, in unlocking key regeneration sites in order to provide a mix of property types and tenures to suit the needs of the communities. We are actively pursuing this policy utilising our preferred partner status with the HCA.  This includes working closely with various urban regeneration companies in Midland towns and cities on major regeneration and refurbishment projects.
