Environmental issues govern all aspects of our work. From initial consideration of development sites, our working practices on site, our office procedures and the environmental credentials of our completed homes and apartments. We are actively seeking ISO 14001 Environmental certification to add to our recently acquired ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Accreditation.

Because we only operate in the Midlands Region we are able to fully utilize cost and environmental savings with a local workforce, suppliers and contractors, reducing the environmental impact of delivery and travel times through vehicle sharing and planned delivery schedules.

Our mission is to create better living environments for communities in our region. All our developments are completed to conform to the Codes for Sustainable Homes Standards, where environmental performance is the key factor, as can be seen in our development case studies.
