Case Study: Calibre Business Park

The Calibre Industrial Park was commenced in 1999 as a joint venture with Calibre Construction and Possum Investments. The development has been successfully completed over a ten year phased programme, to provide some 38 units in a wide range of high quality accommodation for local, national and international companies. The units have been finished to an exceptionally high standard and recognized as such by Frank Cohen a world-leading collector of modern art, when he acquired two units for use as an art gallery.
