Hi-Tech Upgrade At Gun Hill - July 2010

We are now on phase two of a refurbishment of terraces of period houses at Gun Hill, New Arley, North Warwickshire, for our client Waterloo Housing Association. These ‘two up two down’ houses are a refurbishment with a difference as they now benefit from extensive new insulation and technologically advanced under-floor heating from ground source heat pumps. All materials were either recycled or sourced locally for the scheme.
