Our strategy is to remain a leading affordable quality-housing provider in the Midlands Region.

Since founding the company in 1988, we have forged links with all the leading Registered Social Landlords and government housing providers in the region. We have now achieved Approved Partner status with the HCA (Homes and Communities Agency), enabling us to access grant funding for the 2011-2015 AHP programme. This fact, along with the formation of our sister company Jessup Properties to hold long term property assets, means that we can work with local authorities, affordable housing providers and the HCA, to unlock key regeneration sites, in order to provide a mix of tenures to suit the needs of Midland communities.
