Why do we believe we can deliver on these promises? Jessup have been building social housing for over twenty five years. What is not generally understood by home buyers is that affordable housing is built to conform to stringent high construction and sustainability standards imposed by government agencies. These standards of design, ecology and sustainability in most cases far exceed the general required standards for building regulations for general needs housing.

Adding to our wide experience in sustainability and ecological building we have researched architectural design, community developments and cutting edge building technologies both in the UK and Europe.

We now intend to continue to apply this knowledge to the private homes we build.
